Welcome to our Moving Day Team Page!
Arnold was an extraordinary role model who brought humor, unconditional tenderness, fairness, and an additude of modest perseverance to his family and community. He was adventurous and intelligent and his comforting company is missed every day that he no longer reads the newspaper. He was beloved by those lucky enough to be in his circle and respected by the various communities he contributed to in his dynamic life from New Jersey to Long Island to Sweden to Naples Florida. Arnold is a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, golfer, lawyer, jew, mentor, and a great friend. He was such a classic guy in the best way. All those that knew him miss his presence on this earth, and remember the decades of fighting Parkinson’s with dignity and oftentimes annoying stubornness. Striving for independence until his last breathe, Arnold’s character cannot be captured in mere words. But maybe in the days he spent devoted to his family.
While it is a challenge to process Arnold’s recent passing away, there is a bigger challenge and realistic hope to cure Parkinson’s once and for all. In the United States, nearly 90,000 people are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease (PD) every year, adding to the one million people who currently have PD.
Join our team for the local Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day walk, the first nationwide grassroots campaign that spotlights the disease on a national level and gives the chance to raise awareness and funds in our own community. Your support will help us continue improving the quality of care for those living with Parkinson’s disease.
