I was thinking of what happened in the grocery store, pushing the cart and having trouble relaxknf while waiting in line

“I recognize these ……” an artifiical thought that sounds robotic and unfamiliar in a different tone than my own voice interrupts my thoughts.

Recount what really happened in the grocery store.

Someone is spinning it already. Implanting artificial entire sentences into my internal thoughts.

I am strong minded. I can spot the fake thoughts.

There’s a difference.

The other thing is I take accountability for my involuntary thoughts, and feel bad afterwards.
