He has been takking to me saying that he’s going to “smeeze me till I die”

My breathing is being affected by the LRAD man. He has been controlling my eye movements as well. It started when I went on the walk today.
I am saying no to him and communicating with him. He won’t let my heart rate normalize. I feel dread when I think of what he’s been describing to me. I don’t want to be left to fend for myself. I am entirely certain that he is controlling my eyes at certain times because it is intermittent and coincides with what he is saying.
